By accessing or using our mirror store web app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.
The Service is an online store for selling mirrors. You can browse products, add items to your cart, and place an order. No account registration or login is required to use the Service.
To place an order, you must provide a real and valid Cambodian phone number at checkout. Orders with fake, invalid, or unreachable phone numbers may be cancelled. By placing an order, you confirm that: • The phone number you provide belongs to you and can be reached. • You are at least 18 years old, or placing the order with the consent of a parent or guardian. Your order is considered accepted only after we confirm it with you by phone call, Telegram.
Your shopping cart is stored in your own browser (localStorage) on your device. The cart is automatically cleared after 30 days of inactivity. Clearing your browser data, using private/incognito mode, or switching devices/browsers will empty your cart. We are not responsible for lost cart items caused by your browser settings or device changes.
All prices are displayed in USD/KHR and may change at any time without notice. Payment is arranged directly with us after order confirmation — by [cash on delivery / your payment method]. An order is only final once payment terms are agreed with you.
We deliver within Phnom Penh. Delivery fees and estimated times are agreed with you when we confirm your order by phone, or Telegram. Please ensure your phone is reachable so we can coordinate delivery.
Mirrors are fragile items. Please inspect your order upon delivery. • If your mirror arrives broken or damaged, contact us immediately with photos, by phone, or Telegram. We will arrange a replacement or refund. • For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused and in original condition; contact us within 3 days of delivery. [Return shipping fee policy]. By placing an order, you agree that we may contact you regarding your order via phone call, or Telegram. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and keeping them reachable until your order is completed.
You agree not to: • Place fake, fraudulent, or abusive orders. • Provide false contact information. • Misuse the Service in any way that harms us, other customers, or third parties. We may refuse or cancel orders that violate these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including lost cart data stored in your browser, delays caused by unreachable contact details, or issues arising from third-party services such as Telegram.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
